The MassMailer 2.52 version has the following new features. You can find the previous releases at this link.


New Features

  • Enhanced Unsubscribe / Group Unsubscribe feature
    • Two-factor authentication was added to avoid fake clicks and unsubscribes.
  • Added Total Recipient's field in MassMailer Statistics
    • The total number of recipients from the actual query is displayed.
  • Split Campaign Member feature
    • This is useful, especially if the user has many recipients in any campaign and wants to execute that faster.
  • Drip Campaign Feature
    • This feature is helpful if the user wants to send a sequence of emails to campaign members.
  • Lead Response Drip feature.
    • This feature is helpful if the user wants to send a sequence of emails to a respective lead.
  • Don't log multiple opens and clicks

            The following fields on the MassMailer Email Status will be created:

  • The first open date and time
  • The last open date and time
  • Number of opens
  • The first click date and time
  • The last click date and time
  • Number of clicks
  • The first open or click event stores the date/time, and the subsequent opens just update the existing event.
  • This will help reduce the overall storage as well.
  • Re-Launch button on the MassMailer Outreach details page
    • Ability to Relaunch to Undelivered Recipients
    • Ability to Relaunch to Open
    • Ability to Relaunch to Click
    • Ability to Relaunch to All
  • Bot Event Purge Schedule Job
    • Ability to run Bot event purge every 15 minutes,30 minutes,1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours & 24 hours
  • Emails through Flows data
    • Ability to track the emails that are sent through a specific flow and in Massmailer
  • Added 'Email Preview Text' to Templates
    • Ability to edit "Email Preview Text' on MassMailer Template Builder
  • Only the partial key will display on the UI, the way SendGrid shows it in their UI for API keys.
  • Collapse and Hidden toggles for BCC option under Sender Option Settings.





How to upgrade?


STEP 1:


- Your Salesforce Administrator can upgrade by clicking on this link

- Please make sure you install it for all the users. 

- Please ensure you upgrade in a sandbox before upgrading in production. 

- If you don't have a sandbox plan from MassMailer, or not sure about it, please get in touch with the support team.

- If you have a MassMailer sandbox plan and are unsure how to configure it, please watch this video.



STEP 2:


Once the app is installed, please make sure that you navigate to the 'MassMailer Setup' tab, click on the 'Finish' sub-tab, and Click on the 'Finish' button.


This should complete the upgrade process. Please make sure you test your use case scenarios after the upgrade.
