- Auto-responders?
- You can leverage MassMailer Email Alerts feature to send and track workflow emails to leads, contacts, cases, users, accounts, opportunity contact roles in Salesforce.
- Bounce Tracking?
- Yes, bounce tracking is supported in MassMailer. If an email is bounced, the email is captured in the Suppression List.
- Click-through tracking?
- Yes, MassMailer supports Click-through tracking. It creates a MassMailer Email Status related to the object in Salesforce if a click event happens.
- Customizable web forms?
- You can build web-forms leveraging Salesforce such as Lightning, or Visualforce pages or even a plain HTML code using the Salesforce Web To Lead feature.

- MassMailer support the basic and advanced Email editors. Basic Editor is great to build a quick and easy text-based email. The advanced editor is great to build HTML rich emails with a drag and drop features and also features to ready-made templates available with MassMailer.

- When you leverage Advanced editor, MassMailer does provide the image library as well.
- Multi-Language?
- MassMailer is multi-language capable email solution.
- Newsletter Management?
- You can manage newsletters using Salesforce campaign feature. You can also leverage Salesforce native email templates to send with MassMailer.
- Opt-in?
- You can leverage the Salesforce web to lead form features to create a simple opt-in script.
- Reporting?
- MassMailer provides several out of the box reports. You can also build your own custom reports using Salesforce Report Builder.
- Social Media Integration?
- You can add Social Media Content Block using MassMailer Advanced Editor. Currently, there is no directly Social Media Integration available with MassMailer.
- SPAM Check?
- You can leverage MassMailer Email Monitor to test the spammy ness of your email before running the actual campaign.
- Subscribe /Unsubscribe?
- MassMailer supports the subscription groups feature as well as the unsubscribe feature as well. If you enable these features MassMailer automatically adds 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email and also adds 'Email Preferences' link at the bottom of the email. The content on the landing page is completely customizable.
